If you are not entirely happy with your ONLINE Purchase this is what you need to do.
- Pack up your UNWORN SHOES, UNUSED HANDBAG OR WALLET in the exact box/bag they arrived in.
- In the box/bag include all the original packaging, together with your original receipt.
- Fill in the returns form included with your delivery.
- Wrap your package in brown paper and tape tightly.
- Attach our address label which is enclosed.
- Take the parcel to your local post office and send it by PARCEL POST. This will allow you to get a track & trace number which is your proof of return should your return go missing. We are not responsible for any parcels returned by you that may be lost in transit.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM DELIVERY
HERE IS WHAT WE WILL DO.
- When we receive your package, we will open and check all the contents together with your receipt.
- Once all is verified by our returns department we will refund your card within 2-5 working days.
- In relation to exchanges it is best to call us to ensure we have the correct item in stock and it can be held for you until your return arrives back to us.
Please note that SALE ITEMS cannot be returned or exchanged.
